The ideal Primrose site would include the following characteristics:

• Size: Land—60,000+ square feet; Building—10,000+/- square feet
• Interior Setting: Ten or Eleven individual classrooms with a warming kitchen
• Exterior Setting: Four age-appropriate playgrounds and a vegetable/flower garden
• Frontage: A minimum of 150' frontage preferred
• Signage: Primrose Schools standard sign criteria
• Visibility: 100’ from main facing artery in both directions
• Parking: Meets applicable codes
• Access: Full-turn access into and out of property
• Traffic: Quality traffic comprised of our target profile; a.m. side of street
