The ideal Primrose site would include the following characteristics:
- Size: Land—60,000+ square feet; Building—10,000+/- square feet
- Interior Setting: Ten or Eleven individual classrooms with a warming kitchen
- Exterior Setting: Four age-appropriate playgrounds and a vegetable/flower garden
- Frontage: A minimum of 150' frontage preferred
- Signage: Primrose Schools standard sign criteria
- Visibility: 100’ from main facing artery in both directions
- Parking: Meets applicable codes
- Access: Full-turn access into and out of property
- Traffic: Quality traffic comprised of our target profile; a.m. side of street
